For individuals or organizations with an existing logo that needs to be updated. Business that have a firm concept in mind, but may need the font or colors updated. This includes converting a logo to a vector format for optimal versatility.

+ Logo Design | $500

For individuals or organizations brand new concepts and designs from scratch to create the perfect logo. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you end up with a logo you love. Final package includes the logo in up to three layouts. All layouts are provided in four vector files and one raster file (PNG). JPEGs are available upon request.

+ Branding Kit | $800 - $1500

Branding is more than your logo - it is essential to creating a cohesive identity for your business. We will work with you to develop a color story for your brand and identifying the marketing materials that make sense for your business. Included in all branding packages is a full style guide to establish standards for the use of your logo and branding throughout your organization.

+ Graphic Design Layout | $150 per page

E.Moriarty Creative retains full ownership of design concepts and materials it produces. Once full payment is received and a final concept is delivered to a client, complete ownership rights to the selected concept transfer to the client. Unused concepts remain the property of E.Moriarty Creative. E.Moriarty Creative may still use paid-for concepts in its promotional materials and in its design portfolio.

This granting of copyright does not extend to the use of design proposals and concepts submitted to but not approved for the work outlined. Until final payment is received, E.Moriarty Creative retains ownership of all artwork and website architecture. E.Moriarty Creative reserves the rights to certain elements used to create your projects including RAW files, fonts, patterns, stock images, textures, color palettes and other non-exclusive items.

E.Moriarty Creative reserves the right to use stock images in the creation of designs if required.

Other than for the promotional use of E.Moriarty Creative, all services provided shall be for the exclusive use of the client’s said purposes only.

Copyright will remain property of E.Moriarty Creative until full payment is received. E.Moriarty Creative reserves the right to use all artwork produced, concepts produced in the course of the project (including those concepts not selected) and revisions for the purposes of promoting E.Moriarty Creative in print or digital media portfolios, social media and blogs, except where the client has specifically requested in writing otherwise.
